摘 要:目的设计合成p H敏感药用载体材料m PEG2000-HZ-Chol,并考察其p H敏感性。方法以胆固醇为原料,在酯化、酰肼化后,与m PEG醛通过p H敏感的腙键连接,合成目标物并进行p H敏感性的研究。使用红外光谱、核磁共振、薄层色谱等方法对其进行表征,评价其体外p H敏感性。结果与结论所合成的材料具有p H敏感性,p H敏感值为5.5。OBJECTIVE To synthesize a pH - sensitive medicinal carrier mPEG2000 - HZ - Chol, and evaluate the pH sensitivity. METHODS The target compounds were synthesized from cholesterol through esterification and hydrazide and hydrazone,then connected with mPEG aldelyde by hydrazone bond which is pH - sensitive. The pH sensitivity of target compounds were studied. The chemical structures of products were charaeterized by methods such as NF - IR,m HNMR and TLC. The in vitro pH sensitivity was evaluated by UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The mPEG2000 - HZ - Chol shows significant pH sensitivity, and the pH - sensi- tive value was 5.5.
