摘  要:目的研究黄芩清热除痹胶囊(HQC)对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法将60只SD大鼠随机均分成正常组、模型组、阳性对照组及HQC高、中、低剂量组。除正常组外,各组大鼠均采用弗氏完全佐剂诱导佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型。造模后第12天,均ig给予各给药组大鼠相应药物,qd,连续12 d。测各组大鼠的体重变化,测定NO、SOD、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞的含量及CD4+/CD8+比例;采用HE染色观察大鼠踝关节病理组织的变化。结果各给药组大鼠的踝关节各种炎症病理情况有减轻,其中,HQC高剂量的效果最佳,与阳性对照药雷公藤多苷片的效果相当。结论 HQC可通过改善佐剂性关节炎大鼠的体重增长率,改变其外周血中NO、SOD的含量,增加CD4+T细胞及CD4+/CD8+比例,减轻炎症情况,发挥治疗作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of anti - inflammatory of Huangqin Qingre Chubi capsule (HQC) on adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats and discuss mechanism of the action. METHODS 60 SD rats were divided into six groups:normal group, model group, positive control group, and high dose, middle dose, low dose of HQC group. AA rat model was established. From the twelfth day, corresponding drugs were given respectively to different groups. At the end of the experiment, the weight change, No, SOD, the content of CD4 + T - cell and CD8 + T - cell, the ratio of CD4 + and CD8 + were observed and measured. Histopathologic changes in the rat ankle were observed by HE staining. RESULT The inflammatory pathological situation of the rat ankle was reduced to different degrees. The effect of the high dose of HQC was the best, and compared with Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablets, the effect was equivalent. CONCLUSION HQC capsule can improve the growth rate of AA rats weight, change the content of No and SOD in peripheral vascular,increase the CD4 + T- ceils and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + ,reduce inflammatory condition and play a role of treatment.
