摘  要:目的鉴别软坚护肝片并测定大黄素的含量。方法采用TLC法鉴别软坚护肝片中的丹参、黄芩、虎杖、山豆根、赤芍和三七;采用HPLC法测定片中的大黄素的含量。结果在薄层色谱图谱中可检出丹参、黄芩、虎杖、山豆根、赤芍和三七的特征斑点,重复性好;大黄素0.008-1.608μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为100.54%,RSD=1.54%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于软坚护肝片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard for Ruanjian Hugan tablets. METHODS TLC was used for the identifica- tion of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Scutellariae radix, PoLygonum cuspidatum, Sophorae tonkinensis radix, Paeoniae rubra radix and Panax notog- inseng. HPLC was used to determine the content of emodin. RESULTS All characteristic spots were detected by TLC,and the repeat- ability was good. The calibration curve of emodin was linear within the range of 0. 008 - 1. 608 pog( r= 0. 9999 ). The average recovery was 100.54% ( RSD = l. 54% , n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reliable then, it is able to provide some basis for the establishment of quality control methods for Ruanjian Hugan tablets.
