摘　　要：宁波市江东北区污水处理厂一期工程工艺陈旧,无脱氮除磷功能,要降低出水总磷浓度,只能靠工艺改造增加化学辅助除磷。介绍了污水厂一期化学辅助除磷工艺改造实例,包括化学辅助除磷投加药剂的选择、药剂投加点的设置、药剂投加系统和管路系统的设计,以及安全系统的设计和运行成本核算等,为工艺陈旧的污水厂出水总磷提标升级改造提供参考。The chemical aid phosphorus removal was needed to reduce the effluent TP concentra- tion, because the first-phase project of Ningbo Northern Jiangdong Sewage Treatment Plant had out-of- date process and no function of notrogen and phosphorus removal. The process reconstruction using chem- ical aid phosphorus removal, including the selection of chemicals, setting of point for dosing chemicals, design of dosing system, pipeline system and security system, cost accounting and so on was introducd to provide reference for upgrading WWTP with out-of-date process and high effluent TP concentration.
