摘　　要：通过对乳业废水的水质特性及污染情况进行分析,提出了综合治理的工艺流程,包括隔油调节、气浮、UASB、CASS、二氧化氯消毒等。运行实践表明,对COD、BOD5、SS和动植物油的去除率分别在98.5%、99.6%、94%和98.5%以上,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准及《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)标准。Based on analyzing the water features and pollution of the dairy wastewater, the synthet- ic treatment technology process was proposed, including oil separation and regulation, air flotation, UASB, CASS and chlorine dioxide disinfection. The engineering operation practice showed that the re- moval rates of COD, BOD5, SS and animal and vegetable oil were above 98.5%, 99.6% , 94% and 98.5% respectively. The effluent quality met the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard （ GB 8978 - 1996） and Reuse of Urban Recycling Water--Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption （GB/T 18920 -2002）.
