我院门诊2012年2月-2013年2月含血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药处方分析

摘　　要：目的:为临床血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药(ARB)合理联用其他降压药提供参考。方法:收集2012年2月-2013年2月我院门诊含ARB类降压药处方,分别对患者用药数量、联合用药情况进行统计分析。结果:临床上使用ARB类药物进行联合降压情况普遍,本次调查中63.3%(4 157例)的患者使用联合降压方案治疗,其中76.8%的联用处方为ARB/钙拮抗药(CCB)、ARB/利尿药、ARB/CCB/利尿药方案。结论:我国ARB类复方制剂种类相对较少,联用ARB治疗高血压在临床普遍,含ARB类复方单片联合制剂可能成为降压药物研究热点。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the rational use of angiotension receptor blocker（ARB）combined with anti-hypertensive drugs. METHODS：The prescriptions of ARB in outpatient department of our hospital from Feb. 2012 to Feb. 2013 were selected and analyzed statistically in respects of number of drugs and drug combination. RESULTS：ARB combined anti-hypertensive scheme was wildly used in the clinic currently. 63.3%（4 157 cases）patients received combined anti-hypertensive scheme,among which 76.8% prescriptions were ARB/CCB,ARB/diuretics and ARB/CCB/diuretics. CONCLUSIONS：There are few types of ARB compound preparations in China. Combined therapy containing ARB are wildly used in the clinic. ARB compound single-pill combination may be the hot research point of anti-hypertensive treatment.
