我院2012-2013年麻醉性镇痛药应用分析

摘　　要：目的:为麻醉药品的规范化管理和临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,调取我院2012-2013年麻醉性镇痛药处方信息,对总用量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:2013年我院麻醉性镇痛药销售金额较2012年增长22%,以盐酸羟考酮缓释片(40 mg)增幅最大(42%);2012年及2013年DDDs值排名前3的药物均分别为盐酸羟考酮缓释片(40 mg)、盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10 mg)及芬太尼透皮贴剂(8.4 mg);2012年及2013年DDC值排名前3的药物均分别为盐酸哌替啶注射液、芬太尼透皮贴剂(4.2 mg)、盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10 mg)。结论:我院麻醉性镇痛药品种齐全,癌痛治疗总体符合世界卫生组织《癌痛三阶梯治疗原则》,但仍存在一些问题,需要进一步改进。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for standard management and clinical rational use of these drugs. METHODS：A retrospective study was conducted. Prescriptions of narcotic analgesic drugs in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were collected and analyzed statistically in respects of annual consumption,sales amount,DDDs,DDC and so on. RESULTS：The sales amount of narcotic analgesic drugs in 2013 increased by 22% compared with in 2012,with Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets 40 mg the largest increased（42%）;the top 3 drugs in the list of DDDs in 2012 and 2013 were both respectively Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets（40 mg）,Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets（10 mg）and Fentany transdermal patches（8.4 mg）;top 3 drugs in the list of DDC in 2012 and 2013 were both respectively Pethidine hydrochloride injection,Fentany transdermal patches（4.2 mg）,Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets（10 mg）. CONCLUSIONS：There is a complete range of narcotic analgesic drugs in our hospital. Cancer pain treatment is generally in accordance with the Principles of Cancer Pain Treatment with Three Steps recommended by WHO,yet there are still some questions to be solved.
