锯叶棕果实提取物联合左氧氟沙星治疗Ⅲ_A型前列腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察锯叶棕果实提取物联合左氧氟沙星对ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2012年1-12月到我院门诊就诊的ⅢA型前列腺炎患者126例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组63例。治疗组采用锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片治疗,对照组单纯采用左氧氟沙星片治疗,疗程均为6周。比较两组患者慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分、前列腺液常规检查结果、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗6周后,两组NIH-CPSI评分和白细胞数量均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组较对照组下降得更多,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为84.1%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未记录到严重不良反应。结论:锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎疗效确切,可作为选择性治疗方案之一。OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Saw palmetto fruit extract combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of ⅢA prostatits. METHODS：Totally 126 patients with ⅢA prostatits from the outpatient of our hospital from Jan.to Dec. 2012 were treatment group（n=63）and control group（n=63）by random numble table. Treatment group was given Saw palmetto fruit extract soft capsules combined with Levofloxacin tablets,control group was only given Levofloxacin tablets for 6weeks. The clinic data was compared,including NIH-chronic prostatitis symptom index（NIH-CPSI）scores,routine examination results of expressed prostatic secretions,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. RESULTS：After 6 weeks treatment,the NIH-CPSI scores and leukocyte counts in 2 groups were decreased than before,with significant difference（P〈0.05）;treatment group was decreased more than control group,there was significant difference between 2 groups（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of 2 groups was respectively 84.1% and 66.7%,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. There were no adverse reactions. CONCLUSIONS：Saw palmetto fruit extract soft capsules combined with Levofloxacin tablets have curative efficacy in the treatment of ⅢAprostatits and can be used as one of optional regimens.
