芩榆烧伤液治疗烧伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察芩榆烧伤液治疗烧伤的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：将我院2011-2012年共224例烧伤患者按用药情况分成两组。试验组164例给予芩榆烧伤液喷于洁净的创面,每日4~6次;对照组60例给予双氧水、碘伏、醋酸氯己定消毒创面,高效烧伤治疗机治疗,每日6次。两组均以两周为1个疗程,连续3个疗程。观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果：对照组的总有效率为81.67%,试验组的总有效率达97.56%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对15%以下的深、浅Ⅱ度烧伤以及大面积烧伤,试验组的有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组有患者出现红斑、水肿等过敏性反应,且刺激性较大;试验组无明显不良反应症状。结论：芩榆烧伤液治疗烧伤有良好的临床疗效,且不良反应小。OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Qinyu shaoshang liquid in the treatment of burns. METHODS：Totally 224 patients with burns in surgery department of our hospital were divided into 2 groups by the medication. 164 patients in test group were given Qinyu shaoshang liquid in the clean wound,spraying 4-6 times a day;60 patients in control group were given hydrogen peroxide solution,iodine volts,chlorhexidine to disinfect the wound and efficient burn therapy apparatus was used,6 times a day. 2 weeks as a course,it lasted consecutive 3 courses. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. RESULTS：The total effectively rate in control group and test group was respectively 81.67%and 97.56%,with significant difference（P0.05）. For the deep,superficial Ⅱ degree burns and extensive burns less than15%,the total effective rate in test group was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.There were anaphylaxis（erythema and edema,etc）with greater irritant in control group;there was no obvious adverse reaction in test group. CONCLUSIONS：Qinyu shaoshang liquid has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of burns with small adverse reactions.
