阴道冲洗联合喷尔舒对宫颈癌患者锎-252中子术后阴道炎的预防作用

摘　　要：目的:考察阴道冲洗联合喷尔舒对宫颈癌患者锎-252中子术后阴道炎的预防作用。方法:选取我中心2013年8月-2014年1月收治的135例接受锎-252中子术联合盆腔外照射治疗的宫颈癌患者,按抽签法随机分为试验组68例和对照组67例。在常规阴道冲洗后,试验组在阴道内壁喷喷尔舒,对照组喷碘伏溶液,对比分析两组患者10 h后阴道清洁度、放射性阴道炎分级、出院1月后随访阴道感染情况的差异。结果:试验组患者10 h后阴道清洁度分级中Ⅰ度所占比例较对照组高,放射性阴道炎分级中0度所占比例较对照组高,出院1月后随访阴道感染例数较对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规阴道冲洗后加用喷尔舒治疗能有效提高宫颈癌锎-252中子术后患者的阴道清洁度,降低阴道炎发生率。OBJECTIVE：To observe the preventive effect of vagina irrigation combined with Penershu on vaginitis of patients with cervical cancer after californium-252 neutron operation. METHODS：135 patients with cervical cancer after californium-252 neutron operation combined with pelvic external beam radiotherapy were collected of our center from Aug. 2013 to Jan. 2014,they were randomly divided into test group（68 cases）and control group（67 cases）. After the routine vagina irrigation,test group was sprayed Penershu liquid in vaginal mucosa surface,control group was sprayed flushing fluid. The differences among vaginal cleanness after 10 h,radioactive vaginitis grading and follow-up vaginal infection after discharged for 1 month were comparatively analyzed. RESULTS：The proportion ofⅠ degree in vaginal cleanness after 10 h in test group was higher than control group,the proportion of 0 degree in radioactive vaginitis grading was higher than control group and follow-up vaginal infection cases after discharged for 1 month were less than control group,with significant differences（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS：Routine vaginal irrigation combined with Penershu can significantly improve the vaginal cleanness of patients with cervical cancer after californium-252 neutron operation and reduce the incidence of vahinitis.
