摘  要:建立了异烟肼的电化学测定方法,并对实际药物进行含量测定。利用循环伏安法将石墨烯(GR)和Co3O4电沉积到玻碳电极表面上制成Co3O4/GR/GCE修饰电极,并用扫描电子显微镜进行了表征。采用差分脉冲法优化了异烟肼的测定条件,在最佳条件下,线性关系范围为0.5~160μmol/L,检出限为0.17μmol/L(S/N=3),在实际药物和血清中的回收率良好,相对标准偏差均小于5%。A reliable and convenient electrochemical method was established for determination of isoniazid,and applied to detect real samples in this paper. Glassy carbon electrodes modified with tricobalt tetroxide nanoparticles-graphene( Co3O4-GR) nanocomposite films were prepared for sensitive determination of isoniazid.The nanoparticles were fabricated by electro-polymerization technology. Scanning electron microscopy was used to characterize the morphology of the nanocomposite films. The film electrodes have good electriocatalytic activity and the sensitivity to detect isoniazid was improved significantly. The electrochemical response of modified electrodes toward isoniazid was investigated by differential pulse voltammetry. The determination conditions was optimized and the linear range was obtained. The linear rang was from 0. 5 to 160 μmol / L with a comparatively low detection limit of 0. 17 μmol / L( S / N = 3). Furthermore,the film electrode also displays on excellent recovery with the ralative standard deviation( RSD) less than 5%.
