摘 要:建立了基于3-巯基丙酸包裹的Mn掺杂Zn S量子点室温磷光性质定量检测环丙沙星的方法。方法不需要脱氧剂和诱导剂,并且能够有效的避免生物体液的自体荧光和散色光的干扰。在最优化实验条件下,随着环丙沙星浓度的增大,Mn掺杂Zn S量子点室温磷光强度在590 nm处呈现出非常有规律的猝灭,其线性范围为1.2~60μmol/L,检出限(3σ)为0.3μmol/L。在人体血液中的加标回收率为93%~106%。Quantum dots have attracted extensive research attention as they may be used in bioimaging and chemo / bio-sensing because of the size-dependent optical and electronic properties. This paper demonstrates a new strategy for detecting ciprofloxacin based on measurement of room-temperature phosphorescence of3-mercaptopropionic acid-capped Mn-doped Zn S quantum dots. This room-temperature phosphorescence-based method used in detection of ciprofloxacin in biological fluids does not require the use of deoxidants or other inducers and avoids the interference from the autofluorescence and scattering light of the matrix. At p H 7. 4,the phosphorescence of Mn-doped Zn S quantum dots was regularly quenched by the increased concentration of ciprofloxacin. Linear relationship was established between the quenched phosphorescence signal and ciprofloxacin concentration in the range of 1. 2 ~ 60 μmol / L with the detection limit of 0. 3 μmol / L. The contents of ciprofloxacin in human serum samples were measured with recoveries of 93% ~ 106% .
