摘  要:将海水CODM n样品的不同保存方法分别进行了时间序列研究,提出了-20℃冷冻保存的新方法,经过实验验证后证明该方法可行;同时,在国标法的基础上优化了实验方法,提出采用电位滴定仪取代手工滴定的设想,经过自制样品和实际样品的比对结果表明,电位滴定仪和国标法的CODM n测定值之间,相关系数达到0.94以上,两种方法通过线性校正即可达到统一。Different preserving methods for CODMnsamples in sea water were studied by time series,and a new method of preserving the samples by frozen at- 20 ℃ was developed. The method was proved to be valid by experiments. The experimental method was optimized based on the national standard method,and an assumption of replacing manual titration by a potentiometric titrator was proposed. The experimental results for comparison of manual and natural samples suggest that the determination results of CODMnby potentiometric titration and the national standard method were consistent with the correlation coefficient above 0. 94. These two methods ccould be unified by linear correction.
