摘 要:采用硝酸、氢氟酸分解试样,钼蓝分光光度法测定钒铝、钼铝合金中的硅量。对试样分解、光度法测定条件及共存元素的干扰等进行了试验。将该法应用于6个钒铝、钼铝试样中硅量(0.04%~0.46%)的测定,结果的相对标准偏差(n=11)在1.2%~4.6%之间,加标回收率为97.4%~102.2%。同时进行了多家实验室间数据比对,结果一致。A method for the determination of silicon in aluminium-vanadium and aluminium-molybdenum master alloys by molybdenum blue spectrophotometric method is presented. The samples were digested by nitric acid and hydrofluoric. The influence factors including sample digestion,spectrophotometric conditions and interference of co-existence elements were discussed to optimize the experimental condition. The proposed method was applied to determine the silicon content in six aluminium-vanadium and aluminium-molybdenum master alloys whose silicon content was different from 0. 04% to 0. 46%. The results showed that the relative standard deviations( RSS,n =11) were between 1. 2% ~ 4. 6% and the recoveries were in the range of 97. 4% ~ 102. 2%. The results were consistent with those obtained in other labratories.
