摘  要:利用液相色谱-串联质谱同时测定有机肥中氰草津等7种均三氮苯类除草剂残留,首先用乙腈作为萃取溶剂提取有机肥中的均三氮苯类除草剂,经中性氧化铝小柱净化后用LC-MS/MS进行测试,最终完成定性和定量分析。方法定量限可达0.53 ng/m L或以下,回收率范围是84.0%~96.1%,RSD为3.1%~6.5%,符合我国农药残留检测相关标准的要求。7 kinds of s-triazine herbicide residues in organic fertilizer were simultaneously determined by adopting liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. These herbicides were extracted from organic fertilizer firstly by using methyl cyanide as the extraction solvent,and then were purified by neutral alumina column.Finally,the sample solvent was analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and the qualitative and quantitative determination was realized. The test result showed that the limit of quantification of this method was lower than 0. 53 ng / m L. The recovery range was 84. 0% ~ 96. 1% and RSD was 3. 1% ~6. 5%,which were consistent with the requirements in relative standards about pesticide residue detection in China.
