摘　　要：CALIS经过三期项目及其后的持续建设,建立了面向图书馆联盟的"云上的"信息服务协作网络,推出了较为完整的资源整合、发现与获取云服务平台。从全面资源整合、知识挖掘、多层次资源发现、中心式服务调度、一体化资源获取、多联盟协作与共享等方面,形成了多级服务体系;从资源、技术、软件、应用等多个环节支持图书馆的业务,实现多种类型图书馆联盟的资源共享和服务协同。Through three phrases＇ projects and the following consecutive construction, CALLS has established cloud-based information service collaborative network for library consortia, launched a relative complete cloud platform of resource integration, discovery and access, built a multi-level service system including full resource integration, knowledge mining, multi-level resource discovery, central services scheduling, one-stop resource access, and consortium-oriented cooperation and sharing, and realized muhi-type resource sharing and service cooperation among libraries and library consortia supporting library business covering resource, technology, software, applications and other aspects. 5 figs. 7 refs.
