摘　　要：当前,机构知识库的建设呈现出单个机构自建库较多、合作模式偏少等特点。在现有基础上提高机构知识库的建设和使用效果,需要从单体机构知识库的建设发展为各单位之间相同学科的合作建设,即建设域联盟机构知识库。该方式以专家学者为主线,采用学科知识点关联的方法,对单体的同学科数据库进行有效的知识关联、交互和聚类。通过学科网资源聚合,实现有序的内容上传、布局、组织、展示和使用。Currently, the establishment of institutional repository has the characteristics of more institutional self-built repository and less collaborative model. For improving the effectiveness of building and utilizing insti- tutional repository on the existing basis, it＇s necessary to evolve from building individual institutional repository into collaboratively building institutional repository by every unit in the same subject, that is, building the insti- tutional repository in domain alliance, in which specialists and scholars are the principal line and the method of connecting knowledge points in each subject is adopted to effectively connect, interact and cluster individual re- pository within the same subject. Thus, contents could be orderly uploaded, distributed, displayed and utilized through the aggregation of subject network resources. 4 figs. 14 refs.
