蒺藜提取物对大强度耐力运动大鼠运动能力的影响及作用机制

摘  要:为分析研究蒺藜提取物对大强度耐力运动大鼠运动能力的影响及作用机制,将随机选择的40只SD大鼠按照数字表法随机分为对照组、运动组、药物组以及药物+运动组,每组各10只;对照组以及药物组大鼠不进行运动,其余两组大鼠均进行大强度的耐力运动,并分别在运动前以及运动后30 min以及2 h检测大鼠的血乳酸以及血糖。运动最后一天进行力竭运动,记录此两组大鼠力竭时间。运动结束后3 d后取其血,检测大鼠血液中的血浆睾酮、血红细胞以及Hb。之后处死大鼠取其腓肠肌以及比目鱼肌比较两组大鼠上述两肌的重量以及其蛋白浓度。结果表明:第4周时药物+运动组的大鼠体重水平与运动组相比有明显增加;在4周的耐力运动后,药物+运动组大鼠的运动时间、血浆睾酮水平、腓肠肌蛋白浓度以及30 min时的血糖水平均明显优于单纯运动组;药物+运动组大鼠的比目鱼肌蛋白浓度、两组肌肉的相对质量、血乳酸水平、2 h时的血糖水平、血红细胞数以及Hb含量与运动大鼠组无明显差异,药物组与对照组之间的血乳酸水平、血红细胞计数以及Hb含量并无明显差异。蒺藜提取物可明显提高大强度耐力运动大鼠运动能力,蒺藜提取物对运动大鼠的血红细胞以及Hb含量未表现出明显影响;蒺藜提取物的作用机制可能与其可显著增加运动大鼠的血浆睾酮水平、腓肠肌蛋白浓度以及运动后的血糖水平有较大关系。To analysis of Tribulus terrestris extract on exercise intensity endurance exercise capacity in rats and its mechanism. The random selection of 40 SD rats were randomly divided in accordance with the digital control group and drug+ exercise group, 10 rats in a group. Two groups of rats were carried out high-intensity endurance exercise, respectively,before exercise and after exercise and 2 h 30 min rat blood lactate and glucose. Finally, the day of exhaustive exercise movement, recording two groups of rats after exhaustive time.3 days after the end of the exercise whichever blood, rat plasma testosterone in the blood, red blood cells and Hb. After the rats were sacrificed whichever gastrocnemius and soleus muscle weight were compared both rats and its protein concentration above. Results showed that the fourth week of rat body weight level drug + exercise group and the exercise group increased significantly compared, compared to the results of two sets of data were statistically significant(P0.05); After four weeks of endurance exercise, exercise time drug + exercise group rats, plasma testosterone levels, protein concentration and sugar water gastrocnemius 30 min when the exercise group were significantly better than the comparison result of two sets of data were statistically significant(P0.05); Soleus muscle protein concentration of drug + exercise group rats, the relative quality of two groups of muscles, blood lactate levels, blood glucose levels at 2h, and red blood cell count and Hb content with no significant difference between groups of rats movement,which was not statistically significant(P 0.05). T. terrestris extract can significantly improve the ability of high-intensity exercise endurance exercise in rats, T. terrestris extract on the movement of red blood cells in rats and Hb content showed no significant effect; Extract mechanism of action may be related to a significant increase in plasma testosterone levels in rats movement, gastrocnemius protein concentration and blood gluco
