摘 要:某多层住宅楼因施工原因存在结构安全问题需进行加固。本文根据此项目实际加固设计施工中所采取的加固方法和构造措施,分析了加固施工难点应对方法,简要介绍了多层住宅的加固设计过程。如:通过改变结构受力体系满足现行抗震规范要求;改变基础形式解决基础配筋不足问题;采用高强钢绞线网片-聚合物砂浆复合面层加固技术对板厚及配筋不足的楼板进行加固补强满足承载力要求;采用粘贴碳纤维布及外包型钢解决梁柱混凝土强度不足及承载力不满足要求的问题。可为类似工程加固改造提供参考。A multi -storey residential building construction reasons exist for structural safety problems to be reinforced.
