摘　　要：运用我厂生产的高密度涤纶复合超细纤维POY加工55 dtex/24 f DTY时,在保证物理外观、顺利织造的前提下,设定一热箱温度145℃,关闭二热箱,加0罗拉和1罗拉上预网络,拉伸倍数1.67,才能满足于高密度涤锦复合丝的顺利生产及指标要求。55dtex/24f DTY was produced by using high density PET/PA6 composite superfine POY. Under the premise of guarantee the physical appearance and smoothly weaving, the first box temperature was set at 145℃, the second thermal box was closed, pre-interlaced was added between 0 roller and 1 roller, the drawing ratio was 1.67.
