摘　　要：商业银行与第三方物流在供应链金融服务中的异业协作实质上是一种基于契约的合作博弈。运用演化博弈模型对这一异业联盟合作机制加以研究,结果表明:合作创造的额外净收益在各方间的均衡分配较为关键,各方合作的额外净收益与其退出的预期投机净收益的差额均大于零,是系统长期演化结果趋于(合作,合作)最优策略的必要条件,在该条件下,一方退出协作给对方造成损失的大小决定着系统达到最优策略的概率。双方应协作创新,追求更多的超额收益,协调确定恰当的收益分配系数,以增强合作契约的违约惩罚和损失补偿;政府应强化部门执行效率,引导合作主体构建供应链金融服务平台,以降低合作成本,提高合作收益,从而促进合作关系的稳定与长久。The different industry cooperation between commercial banks and the third party lo- gistics enterprises in supply chain financial services is essentially a cooperative game based on con- tracts. Using the evolutionary game theory to study the cooperation mechanism of the different in- dustry alliance above, the research shows that it is critical that the added net income achieved by co- operation is distributed equally to each partner. Only when the added net earnings gained from co- operation exceed the expected speculative net income from exit for each partner can the cooperative system reach the optimal equilibrium point （cooperation, cooperation） after a long period of evolu- tion, the possibility of which is decided by the losses of a party resulted from the exit of the other party. In order to develop a stable and lasting cooperative partnership, the two parties should coop- erate and innovate to pursue more excess returns, determine a reasonable distribution coefficient of income through consultation, and enhance default punishment and loss compensation in the coopera- tion contract. Moreover. It＇s necessary that our government should strengthen the sector efficiency and lead collaborative agent to build supply chain finance service platform, thus lowering the coop- eration costs and boosting the cooperation benefits.
