摘 要:为寻找防治枸杞蚜虫的适用药剂,采用玻璃管药膜法,测定了4种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对枸杞蚜虫的毒力及对其三磷酸腺苷酶( ATPase)和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶( GSTs)活性的影响。结果表明:枸杞蚜虫对联苯菊酯最敏感,LC50值为4.34 mg/L;氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和甲氰菊酯的LC50值分别为17.08、40.50和184.84 mg/L。4种杀虫剂对枸杞蚜虫两种ATPase活性均有抑制作用,药剂浓度为1×10-4 mol/L 时,4种药剂对 Na+-K+-ATPase 活性的抑制率均高于对 Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase的抑制率,其中对Na+-K+-ATPase活性的抑制率从高到低依次为:联苯菊酯>高效氯氰菊酯>氯菊酯>甲氰菊酯,而对Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase的抑制率则是联苯菊酯最高(46.41%),高效氯氰菊酯最低(33.04%)。4种药剂对枸杞蚜虫GSTs活性的影响差异较大:联苯菊酯在低浓度时对GSTs具有诱导作用,高浓度时则表现为一定的抑制作用;不同浓度高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯对GSTs活性均表现为抑制作用,抑制率最高达85.02%;而甲氰菊酯处理后 GSTs 的活性则升高了193.07%~249.96%。In order to find out pesticide that can control Aphis sp. effectively, residual film method was used to determine the toxicity of four pyrethroid insecticides, and the effects of four insecticides on ATPase and glutathione S-transferases ( GSTs) in Aphis sp. were investigated. The results indicated that Aphis sp. showed the highest sensitivity to bifenthrin, with LC50 value of 4. 34 mg/L, while the LC50 values of permethrin, beta-cypermethrin and fenpropathrin were 17. 08 mg/L, 40. 50 mg/L and 184. 84 mg/L, respectively. The activity of two kinds of ATPase in Aphis sp. could be significantly inhibited by the four insecticides. When the concentration of the four pyrethroid insecticides was 1× 10 -4 mol/L, the inhibition to Na+-K+-ATPase was higher than that to Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase;The order of inhibition to Na+-K+-ATPase was bifenthrin 〉 beta-cypermethrin 〉permethrin 〉fenpropathrin;While to Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase, the inhibition of bifenthrin was the highest, with inhibition rate of 46. 41%, and the inhibition of beta-cypermethrin was the lowest, with inhibition rate of 33. 04%. The effects of four pyrehtroids on glutathione S-transferases ( GSTs) in Aphis sp. varied. Bifenthrin could induce the GSTs activity at low concentration, but inhibited significantly at high concentration; Both beta-cypermethrin and permethrin inhibited the activity of GSTs, and the maximum inhibition rate was 85. 02%;Meanwhile, the activity of GSTs increased by 193. 07% -249. 96% after Aphis sp. was treated with fenpropathrin.
