摘　　要：目的探索性的应用血浆置换(plasma exchange,PE)联合紫外线照射充氧自体血回输疗法(ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation therapy,UBIO),治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法对11例急性痛风性关节炎合并高尿酸血症的患者进行治疗,治疗期间不服用任何抗炎止痛及抑制尿酸合成药物。结果治疗后患者的血尿酸、胆固醇、甘油三脂水平均明显下降,治疗前后差异有统计学意义。经1个疗程治疗后临床红、肿、热、痛症状,9例完全缓解,8例的功能障碍明显缓解。结论 PE联合UBIO治疗急性痛风性关节炎有很好的临床效果。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of plasma exchange（PE）and ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation（UBIO）on acute gout arthritis.Methods The PE was tentatively applied in combination with UBIO to the treatment of 11 cases of acute gout arthritis complicated with high level of blood uric acid.No pain-relief or anti-inflammation drugs or those against the synthesis of uric acid were admistered to the patients.Results The level of uric acid,cholesterol and triglyceride was significantly reduced after treatment.Following one-course treatment,clinical symptoms,including redness,swelling,fever and pain were greatly alleviated in nine cases.The joint functions were remarkably improved in eight cases.Conclusions Plasma exchange combined with UBIO are clinically effective for acute gout arthritis,but related impediments remain that need for further approach.
