摘　　要：目的通过箱体图法及峰度法对同一数据进行离群值检验,探寻适合转录介导的扩增法使用的室内质控方法。方法使用外部阳性标准物质,每日随当日血液筛查标本一同进行核酸单人份联检,对检测结果分别进行峰度法和箱体图法离群值检验。结果 HBV DNA、HCV RNA、HIV RNA外部标准物质经检测185次结果,采用峰度法离群值检验分别发生1次、6次和3次离群;采用箱体图法离群值检验分别发生2次、8次和3次离群;外部标准物质检测值离群时诺华内部质控系统未表现出异常。结论使用外部标准物质进行室内质控,可以增强当批次实验结果的可靠性;且根据检测结果是否离群进行分析,推断实验过程是否发生微小变化,对实验室质量体系的建立与提高具有重要的意义。Objective To compare the data of plotted box diagram and kurtosis method,and to explore the transcription-mediated amplification that are suitable for the internal quality control by data analyses.Methods The positive reference material and the blood screening samples were detected by nucleic acid testing each day with the kurtosis method and plotted box diagram to define the outlier of test results.Results 185 results of HBV-DNA,HCV-RNA,and HIV-RNA reference materials tested by kurtosis method each presented 1,6and 3outliers;plotted box diagram showed 2,8and 3outliers.when the reference material test results exhibited outlier,Novartis quality control system did not show abnormalities.Conclusion Internal quality control using external references material may enhance the reliability of test results.A slight change may be predicted during experiments according to the result analysis of outlier,which is significant in improvement of laboratory quality control.
