摘　　要：山东宁阳县因地接曲阜,深受孔孟文化熏染。宁阳的"乡饮"乡,相传就是孔子率领弟子演习"乡饮酒礼"的地方,古老的"乡饮酒礼"虽经历代沿革,仍在宁阳顽强传承,其广泛流行的"四八宴席"即是生动范例。无论从宗旨和功能上,还是宴席的规制和程式上,"四八宴席"都较多地体现了"乡饮酒礼"的初始意蕴。这既为我们了解晦涩的古老礼仪提供了体验标本,也为深入挖掘传统饮食文化,开辟一条途径。As the neighbor of Qufu, Ningyang county of Shandong has been gradually influenced by Confucius - Mencius Culture. ＂Xiangyin＂ Countryside of Ningyang is said to be the place that Confucius and his disciples practiced ＂the Community Drinking Ceremony＂. Experiencing a long history, the old ＂the Community Drinking Ceremony＂ is still popular. ＂Si - ba Banquet＂ is one of the models. On no matter the aim and function or the standard and form, the original meaning of ＂ the Community Drinking Ceremony＂ is clearly contained in ＂Si - ba Banquet＂. ＂Si - ba Banquet＂ gives us both an experiencing model to understand the old obscure etiquette, and a path to explore the traditional catering culture.
