摘  要:目的观察不同发育阶段大鼠视神经的变化。方法采用常规HE染色、免疫组织化学染色及电镜技术,对28只不同发育阶段大鼠的视神经进行观察。结果新生大鼠视神经无髓,其髓鞘的形成大约在出生后第5天左右;在发育大鼠视神经中,出生后的前3天少突胶质细胞数迅速增加,而星形胶质细胞数在出生3天后迅速减少;随着视神经的不断发育成熟,视神经内成熟的少突胶质细胞数量也迅速增加。结论本研究从组织形态学上初步阐明了发育大鼠视神经的变化规律,即视神经发育成熟的过程是由少突胶质细胞逐渐形成髓鞘的过程。Objective To investigate the development of optic nerve in rats. Methods By using the methods of HE staining, immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy, we had examined the developmental changes of optic nerve in rats. Results The optic nerves of newborn were observed amyelinate and the onset of myelination by about 5 days postnatal. In 3 days postnatal, the number of oligodendrocyte increased quickly and 3 days later, that of astrocyte decreased rapidly. While the optic nerve got to mature gradually, the number of mature oligodendrocyte increased quickly. Conclusion All above morphologically explain the change rule of optic nerve of the growing rats, that is the optic nerve maturation is the process of oligodendrocytes gradully forming myelin.
