摘 要:目的了解入伍新兵对传染病知识的掌握情况,为制定科学的防病策略和开展健康教育提供依据。方法采用自制的调查问卷对入伍新兵按年龄、地域和文化程度分组进行常见传染病的随机调查分析。结果该部2012年入伍新兵不同年龄段的调查对象各传染病知识总知晓率之间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=69.020,P〈0.01),其中21-22岁组总知晓率最高(69.5%);19-20岁组总知晓率最低(58.7%)。不同籍贯的调查对象总知晓率之间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=36.244,P〈0.01),省会城市或直辖市组总知晓率最高(64.3%);农村籍贯组总知晓率最低(59.3%)。不同学历的调查对象总知晓率之间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=54.581,P〈0.01),大专/本科调查对象组最高(65.2%),初中学历组总知晓率最低(58.7%)。结论关于病媒生物传播类和艾滋病类疾病知识,省会及中小城镇组的知晓率高于农村籍新兵;文化程度与相关传染病知识的知晓率呈正相关;而对于病毒性乙型肝炎类相关传染病知识的知晓率与年龄、学历、籍贯均无统计学差异。Objective Get to know the officers' and soldiers' knowledge of infectious diseases, and provide a basis to make scientific prevention strategy and carry out health education. Methods Using self-designed questionnaire to do the random searching in new recruits of a force, who joined army in December 2011. All the data used SPSS19.0 to do the statistical analysis, treated P〈0.05 as statistically significant, the comparing of inter-group awareness used 2 test. Result The total awareness rate of all kinds of infectious diseases knowledge of the different age group 2012 new recruits' differences are statistically significant. Among which, the 21 years old group has the highest total awareness rate, follows by the 22 yeas old group, which is 64.7%, the 23 years old group which is 64.6%, the 19 years old group which is 59.9%, the 18 years old group which is 59. 4%, and the 20 years old group has the lowest rate of 57.4%. Different native respondent total awareness rate has statistical significance(x^2= 36. 244, P〈0.01), provincial capital city or municipality directly under the central government group has the highest awareness rate, which is 64.3 %, and the next is small and medium-sized towns group, which is 61.7%, Rural native place group' total awareness rate is the lowest, which is 59.3%. Total awareness rate in people with different education background has statistically significant (X^2= 54. 581, P〈0. 01), junior college/undergraduate survey group has the highest total awareness rate which is 65.2%, and the following is high school, vocational high school or technical secondary school group, which is 59.9%, junior high school degree group's total awareness rate is the lowest which is 58.7%. Conclusion When we talk about infectious disease and HIV, provincial capital and medium and small towns total awareness rate is higher than the rural recruits, and has significant difference(P〈0.01);At the same time, as the improvement of educational level, infectious diseases knowledge awareness
