围手术期综合护理对CT引导下碘125粒子植入治疗后患者疼痛及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期综合护理对碘125粒子植入治疗后患者疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法以2009年5月-2013年4月收治的肿瘤患者作为研究对象,并对符合标准的入组患者92例采用简单随机抽样法分为观察组及对照组各46例,对照组在治疗过程中给予常规护理,而观察组则给予围手术期综合护理。结果干预前,两组患者疼痛及生活质量差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,经护理干预后,两组患者疼痛情况均有改善（P〈0.05）,而观察组在干预后48h和72h的疼痛改善程度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者的生活质量经干预后也都有明显改善（P〈0.05）,但观察组的改善程度要优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论围手术期综合护理对碘125粒子植入治疗后患者疼痛情况改善明显,并且能有效提高患者术后的生存质量。Objective To study the impact of comprehensive perioperative nursing on pain and quality of life in patients after CT-guided 125I seed implantation therapy. Methods Cancer patients in our hospital from May. 2009 to Apr. 2014 were selected as research subje6cts, and they were divided into observation group 46 cases and control group 46 cases by the method of simple random sampling. The control group was treated with conventional nursing and the observation group was treated with comprehensive perioperative nursing in the process of treatment. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences between two groups in pain and quality of life（P〉0. 05）. After the nursing intervention, the pain conditions of two groups were both improved（P〈0.05） and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05） after 48h. ,The quality of life of two groups were } after the nursing intervention （P〈0.05）, but the improvement in the observation group was also better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing can effectively alleviate the pain and improve the quality of life of in patients after CT-guided 125I seed implantation therapy.
