小儿复杂性肾结石经皮肾镜治疗术后并发症的对症护理

摘　　要：目的探讨对症护理对小儿复杂性肾结石经皮肾镜治疗术后并发症的临床效果。方法选择2012年6月-2014年6月接受经皮肾镜治疗术治疗的复杂性肾结石患儿168例,按照随机数字表法平均分为观察组与对照组各84例。观察组患儿针对术后并发症行对症护理,对照组患儿行常规护理,比较两组患儿并发症发生情况及护理效果。结果观察组一期术后并发症发病率42.85%,对照组一期术后并发症发病率41.67%,两组患者并发症发病率比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组并发症护理有效率为91.67%,对照组护理有效率为71.43%,对两组患者并发症护理的有效率比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿复杂性肾结石经皮肾镜治疗术后易发生并发症,加强术后并发症的对症护理,能够提高手术治疗效果,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of symptomatic care for the children with postoperative complications who suffered complex renal calculi and did invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods 168 children who suffered complex renal calculi and with the treatment of invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy were selected from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital. Cases were divided into the symptomatic care group and the control group randomly according to random number table. Symptomatic care were given to the children of symptomatic care group and conventional nursing were given to the children of control group. The incidence of postoperative complications and nursing effects between the two groups were observed; Results The incidence of postoperative complications were of no s statistical difference between the two groups （symptomatic care group vs. control group：42. 85% vs. 41.67%, P〉0.05）. The nursing efficiency of the symptomatic care group was more efficiency than that of control group （symptomatic care group vs. control group： 91. 67% vs. 71.43%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intensive symptomatic care to the chlidren with postoperative complications who suffered complex renal calculi and did invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy may improve surgical effect, which was of some clinical promotion application value.
