摘　　要：文章分析了《STCW公约》马尼拉修正案的实施关于雷达修订的内容,阐述了雷达地位及雷达标绘内容,并提出了雷达标绘在船舶避碰中的运用,对保证船舶安全航行具有一定的应用价值。This article analyzes the parts concerning radars in the process of implementing Manila Amend-ment to STCW Covenant, expounds the status of radars and the content of radar plotting as well as proposes ap-plying radar plotting to ship collision prevention, which is of certain practical significance to ensuring the safety of navigation.
