摘　　要：近年来，宁波一些适合于“兜风”的山头上，陆续矗立起一台台巨大的“电扇”，这些“电扇”是风力发电的设备之一。Wind power is a clean and renewable energy, with no air and water pollution. At the same time, it is featured by low operating cost and high investment return. However, along with more investors developing wind power in Ningbo, its potential hurt to ecological protection should not be underestimated, such as sound pollution and soil erosion.
