摘　　要：目的：对应用针对性心理干预模式对患有癌症的患者在接受化疗期间实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法：抽取78例患有癌症的患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，平均每组39例，两组均采用化疗方式实施治疗。采用癌症化疗常规护理模式对在治疗期间对照组患者实施护理；在常规方案基础上采用针对性心理干预模式对观察组患者在治疗期间实施护理。结果：观察组患者癌症病情控制效果明显优于对照组；护理干预前后心理状态指标改善幅度明显大于对照组；化疗期间出现不良心理状态的人数明显少于对照组。结论：应用针对性心理干预模式对患有癌症的患者在接受化疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。Obejective：the application of targeted psychological intervention on cancer patients during chemotherapy in clinical nursing research. Methods： a total of 78 cases of cancer patients, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each an average of 39 cases, two groups were treated with chemotherapy treatment mode Of implementation. The cancer chemotherapy patients in control group routine nursing model on nursing during treatment; use targeted psychological intervention nursing to the patients in the observation group in the conventional treatment during the implementation of the scheme. Results： Patients with cancer disease control effect was better than the control group; nursing intervention on mental state before and after the index improved significantly more than the control group; the number of adverse psychological state was less than that of the control group, chemotherapy. Conclusion： the application of targeted psychological intervention on cancer patients is very apparent in the clinical effects of chemotherapy during the implementation of nursing.
