抗战时期甘肃省贸易公司成立初期经营业绩及评析——以1941年为例

摘　　要：抗战时期,谷正伦入主甘肃,依据当时甘肃省的贸易经济环境,成立了甘肃省贸易公司,以发展地方经济,调剂地方物资需求为任务。甘肃省贸易公司建立后通过平衡物价,调节供需,逐渐改变了当时甘肃省经济贸易环境,同时通过一系列举措为抗战时期甘肃省经济的发展做出了贡献,稳定了后方大环境。本文以1941年成立半年来的主要经营情况为考察出发点,对其成立初期的的业绩进行简单地概述和评析。During the Anti-Japanese War, Zhenglun Gu entered Gansu province and established Gansu commercial company based on developing local economy and adjusting local material demand according to local trade economical environment in Gansu province. Since the commercial company was set up, local economical trade environment has been changed gradually by balancing price adjusting demand and supply, At the same time, it made contribution for economical development in Gansu during the Anti-Japanese War by a series of measures as well as balanced the whole environment. This pper make the main operating condition which has been established for a half of year as the starting point and do the summary and comments for its early performance.
