摘  要:以国内某钢厂电工硅钢为研究对象,通过工业试验及取样分析,系统研究了铝脱氧工艺条件下电工硅钢连铸中间包钢液和铸坯中夹杂物数量和面积分率的变化规律.在本实验条件下,得到以下结论:正常浇注条件下,铝脱氧电工硅钢连铸坯中非金属夹杂物平均数量和面积分率分别为25.9个/mm2和0.003 1%;在开浇初期、换包及浇注末期,连铸中间包内钢液中的非金属夹杂物数量和面积分率均有不同程度的增加;在非稳态浇注时期的中间包流场有待于进一步优化控制;电工硅钢连铸坯的合理切头长度为6 m.A kind of non-oriented electrical Si-steel from a domestic steel company was taken as the research object. The inclusion amount and the area fraction in tundish and in continuous casting slab in different operational cases were systematically studied through industrial tests and sample analysis. The results showed that during steady-casting state,the amount and the area fraction of non-metallic inclusions are 25. 9 /mm2 and 0. 003 1% respectively.In the initial casting stage,ladle exchange,and casting ending stage,the amount and the area fraction of non-metallic inclusions in tundish increase slightly compared with the steady-casting state,indicating that the flow field of tundish should be further optimized during unsteady-casting state. The reasonable length of cutting head of continuous casting slab is 6.
