摘  要:为评价鸡毒支原体(MG)HS株p MGA1.2重组蛋白(rp MGA1.2)的免疫保护效果,本研究检测了rp MGA1.2对MG黏附体外培养的鸡胚气管环粘膜的抑制作用,同时以重组霍乱毒素B亚基(r CTB)作为粘膜免疫佐剂,对rp MGA1.2免疫的SPF鸡进行了攻毒试验。结果表明,rp MGA1.2能够有效的竞争性抑制MG定植于体外培养的鸡胚气管纤毛;而且rp MGA1.2经滴鼻点眼途径免疫SPF鸡能够诱导产生特异性体液免疫和呼吸道粘膜免疫,对2×109 ccu MG-HS攻击的保护率为67%。因此,rp MGA1.2具有较强的免疫原性,具有作为疫苗抗原的潜力。To evalue the immunity characteristics of recombinant protein of Mycoplsma gallisepticum adhesin pMGA1.2 (rpMGA1.2), chick embryo tracheal ring in vitro culture model and SPF chickens were used in the study. As results, rpMGA1.2 competitively suppressed M.gallisepticum colonization in chicken tracheal cilia. Furthermore, adjuvanted with recombinant cholera toxin B subunit (rCTB) and inoculated chickens through intranasal or eye, rpMGA1.2 induced specific humoral immune and respiratory mucosal immunity in the SPF chickens. And 67% of the immunized chickens were protected from the challenging with 2 xl09 ccu of M.gallisepticum HS strain. In conclusion, these results suggested rpMGA1.2 was a strong immunogenicity and potential to be used as subunit vaccine.
