摘　　要：管子与管板接头的连接是空冷器制造的关键工序。在分析紫铜管与低合金钢管板TIG焊的焊接性基础上,确定了工艺评定方案,经焊接工艺评定无宏观缺陷表面渗透探伤合格,并由此确定了一套可行的核电空冷器中碳钢管板与紫铜换热管的焊接工艺。It is the key process to manufacture the Air cooler that tubes is joined to the tube plate.TIG weldability of copper tube to low alloy steel tube plate was analyzed.According to The result of welding procedure qualification and pentetrant test showed that there is not weld defects.Welding process of copper heat exchange tube to carbon steel tube plate with in nuclear power generator was determined.
