摘 要:针对用于立向下焊的自保护耐磨堆焊药芯焊丝进行了研究。试验结果表明,药粉中Al,Mg,Zr以及稀土等元素对焊丝焊接工艺性能有一定影响,对气孔、脱渣以及飞溅的影响尤为显著。新研制的堆焊药芯焊丝在合理的工艺参数范围内无气孔、熔渣覆盖完全、脱渣性优良、飞溅小,可实现立向下堆焊。焊丝的堆焊金属合金系为Fe-Cr-Mn-Si,金相组织主要是马氏体、贝氏体和残余奥氏体的混合组织,堆焊层硬度范围为HRC 41-57,该耐磨堆焊药芯焊丝通用性强、适用范围广。The self- shielded flux- cored hardfacing for vertical down welding was developed.The results showed that the powder in Al,Mg,Zr and RE have some influences on welding performance of wire,especially their effects on pores,slag and spatter was particularly significant.In the reasonable range of welding parameters,the flux- cored welding wire can realize vertical down welding without porosity,good slag detachability and less spatter.The deposited coating by the developed welding wire is the system for Fe- Cr- Mn- Si system,and its microstructure consists of martensite,bainite and retained austenite,the hardness is in the range of 41- 57 HRC.The developed wire can be used in wide fields.
