摘 要:通过SEM,EDX等方法分析了7N01铝合金焊接接头的断口特征,探讨了焊接接头的静/动态失效过程.结果表明,接头拉伸力学性能良好,接头平均抗拉强度可达282 MPa,屈服强度为165 MPa,在1×10^7次的循环次数下接头的中值疲劳强度可达81.4 MPa,疲劳强度满足接头设计要求.拉伸断口和疲劳断口的瞬断区均为韧窝状形貌,韧窝细小均匀,其上弥散分布着第二相粒子,疲劳源区主要位于接头近表面应力集中程度较大的焊趾位置.7N01 aluminum alloy welded joints are mainly applied to construction of the underframes for high speed trains and it needs to satisfy the fatigue design requirement.The tensile strength,yield strength and fatigue properties of welded joint were tested and analyzed,and the fracture appearance characteristics were analyzed by SEM and EDX.The result showed that the mean tensile strength is 282 MPa,the yield strength is 165 MPa.The fatigue strength is 81.4 MPa and satisfies the design requirement.The fracture initiates from the location of surface stress concentration.The fracture appearance is dimple,which is similar with the tensile strength fracture.
