摘  要:分析了影响Monel400焊接性能的主要因素,采用自熔和卷边两种焊接方法进行焊接试验,并通过焊缝力学性能测试,总结了焊接工艺特点。试验结果表明:卷边焊接的室温拉伸强度高于自熔焊接,卷边对焊缝起到加强作用。厚度δ=0.2 mm的Monel400合金,当焊接电流I=19 A、焊接电压U=11 V时,能够有效避免焊接裂纹的产生,接头抗拉强度约为母材强度的97%,满足工程设计要求。Based on analysis of main factors that influence the weldability of Monel400,experiments of self-fluxing welding and flanging welding were carried out.The mechanical properties of welded joints were tested,and the characteristics of the welding processes were summarized.The test results showed that the tensile strength of flanging welded joint is higher than that of self-fluxing welded joint.Flanging can strengthen the weld in flanging welding.The hot crack can be prevented at the arc voltage U = 11 V and welding current I = 19 A for MONEL400 alloy sheet of 0.2 mm in thickness,and the tensile strength can reach up to 97%of that of the base metal,which can satisfy the requirement of the engineering design.
