摘　　要：气压焊是钢轨现场焊接的主要方法之一,回火是气压焊氧乙炔混合气体燃烧特有的现象,避免回火现象对提高钢轨焊接质量和效率有很大影响。在详细分析了钢轨气压焊加热器回火现象产生的原因和危害后,根据现场的实际情况,提出了防治回火的具体措施。Gas pressure welding is one of the main site welding methods of rail.The flashback is a special phenomenon of oxyacetylene gas mixture combustion in pressure,welding,and it has a great influence on the improvement of rail welding quality and efficiency how to prevent the phenomenon of flashback.Based on the analysis of the reasons and harms of flashback in gas pressure welding of rail,specific measures were proposed to prevent flashback according to the actual situation.
