摘  要:目的探讨小视野扩散加权成像(r FOV DWI)序列在乳腺癌中的应用价值。方法 25例乳腺癌分别行单次激发平面回波扩散加权成像(SS-EPI DWI)和r FOV DWI检查,比较两种序列的图像质量分级、表观扩散系数(ADC)值。结果在其他技术参数相同的条件下,25例r FOV DWI图像质量平均评级为4.96,SS-EPI DWI为4.04,差异有显著统计学意义(Z=-4.413,P<0.01)。25例乳腺癌r FOV DWI平均ADC值1.084×10-3mm2/s,SS-EPI DWI平均ADC值1.211×10-3mm2/s,差异有显著统计学意义(t=4.856,P<0.01)。结论 r FOV DWI具有图像分辨率高、变形小的优势,可以在乳腺癌诊断中发挥重要作用。Objective To evaluate the application of reduced field-of-view diffusion weighted imaging( r FOV DWI) in diagnosing the breast cancers.Methods A total of 25 patients with breast cancer were included in this study.SS-EPI DWI and r FOV DWI were separately performed in all patients.Image quality and apparent diffusion coefficient( ADC) values of breast lesions were determined,and the results were compared between SS-EPI DWI and r FOV DWI.Results When all the other technical parameters were the same,the mean image quality score of r FOV DWI and SS-EPI DWI was4.96 and 4.04 respectively,and the difference between the two was statistically significant( Z =- 4.413,P 〈 0.01).The mean ADC value measured by r FOV DWI and by SS-EPI DWI was 1.084 × 10- 3mm2/ s and 1.211 × 10- 3mm2/ s respectively,and the difference between the two was statistically significant( t = 4.856,P 〈 0.01).Conclusion As reduced field-of-view diffusion weighted imaging has advantages of higher resolution and small deformation,it plays an important role in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
