摘　　要：目的：探讨变态反应性支气管肺曲菌病（ABPA）的CT主要征象,提高对其认识和诊断准确率。方法依照目前通用的ABPA诊断标准,回顾分析11例经临床和实验室确诊为 ABPA患者的CT图像征象后总结其特征性表现。结果 ABPA在CT上均表现为局限性囊状或静脉曲张样支气管扩张和牙膏样、手套样稍低或高密度支气管黏液栓形成（18处黏液栓呈高密度）,病变远端支气管正常,8例可见小叶中心结节及树芽征,7例可见马赛克灌注或局限性肺气肿,3例可见段及亚段级肺不张。结论中心性支气管腔扩张及黏液栓形成为 ABPA相对特征性的CT表现。Objective To evaluate the CT findings of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis （ABPA）in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods 1 1 patients with ABPA confirmed by clinical and laboratory tests were enrolled into this study in light of the standard diagnostic criteria.CT findings of all subj ects were retrospectively analyzed.Results Bronchiectasis,bronchial mucous plug impaction accompanied with finger-in-glove opactities and toothpasted shadows were spotted in all patients with 1 8 mucous plug showing hyperattenuation Among the 18 mucoid impaction,8 showed tree-buds sign and centrilobular nodules,7 showed pulmonary,and 3 showed segment and subsegment atelectasis.Conclusion The characteristic manifestions of ABPA on CT are central bronchiectasis and mucoid plug impaction,which can facilitate for the diagnosis of ABPA.
