厚朴饮片规格与水分、灰分、浸出物评价指标关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过对不同产地规格厚朴饮片的水分、灰分、浸出物的含量测定,研究厚朴饮片规格与水分、灰分、浸出物含量的关系,为制定厚朴饮片标准提供科学数据依据,了解不同来源厚朴中水分、灰分、酸不溶性灰分的含量差异。方法:厚朴的水分测定采用《中国药典》(2010年版一部附录ⅨH)中的甲苯法;灰分测定采用《中国药典》(2010年版一部附录ⅨK)灰分测定法;浸出物测定采用《中国药典》(2010年版一部附录ⅩA)浸出物测定法。结果与结论:不同来源厚朴中的水分和灰分含量差别较大,为进一步研究中药厚朴的质量及开发利用提供依据。Objective：The Magnolia Pieces of different origin specification moisture, ash, extract content determination,to study the the Magnolia parameters Pieces specifications and water, the relationship between the ash, extract content, to provide scientific data for the development of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge standard basis, understand thedifferenees in moisture, ash, acid insoluble ash content of different sources of Magnolia.Resuhs：Magnolia＇s moisture determination using the 2010 edition of 《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》 an Appendix Ⅸ H-toluene France; 2010 edition of 《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》 an Appendix Ⅸ K, ash determination method - Determination of ash; 2010 edition of 《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》 a determination of extractAppendix Ⅹ A extract method. Results and conclusions：Moisture and ash content varied in the different sources Magnolia,provide the basis for the further study of Chinese medicine Magnolia quality and development.
