摘　　要：目的:建立复方羊角颗粒的微生物限度检验方法。方法:采用常规法和培养基稀释法进行试验。结果与结论:复方羊角颗粒的细菌、霉菌和酵母菌的计数方法采用培养基稀释法,控制菌检查采用常规法检验,结果有效可行。Objective：To establish microbial limit test for Compound Yangjiao Granule.Methods：Verification test was carries out by common method and nutrient medium dilution method. Result and Conclusion：It is effective and feasible that bacteria,filamentons fungi and yeast count were detected with nutrient medium dilution method;Control bacteria can be tested by using the conventional method .
