正交试验优选消肿止痛膜气雾剂的工艺配方研究

摘　　要：目的:优选消肿止痛膜气雾剂工艺配方。方法:以壳聚糖盐酸盐、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVPK30、HPMC、消肿止痛药方乙醇提取液的水平用量为考察因素,以成膜性能、成膜时间及喷射效果为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选消肿止痛膜气雾剂工艺配方。结果:消肿止痛膜气雾剂的最佳工艺配方为壳聚糖盐酸盐含量3%,HPMC含量0.3%,PVPK30含量3%和药方乙醇提取液30%。结论:该工艺配方合理、可行,适用于消肿止痛膜气雾剂的制备。Objective： To optimize the formulation of swell-relieving and pain-killing aerosol. Methods： Taking the usage of Chitosan hydrochloride, PVP, PVPK30, HPMC as well as the ethanol extract of the formulation as the considering factors. Using the film-forming properties, time and spray effect as the index and adopting by L9 （34） orthogonal Test to optimize the technical formation of swell-relieving and pain-killing aerosol. Result： The best technical formulation of the swell-relieving and pain-killing aerosol is： Chitosan hydrochloride 3%, HPMC 0.3%, PVPK30 3% and 30% ethanol extract. Conclusion： The formulation is reasonable and practicable, applicable to the preparation of the swell-relieving and pain-killing aerosol.
