我院2014年活血化瘀类中药注射剂的临床使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的：调查我院住院患者活血化瘀类中药注射剂的不合理应用情况。方法：从2014年1～12月本院住院部6个科室应用活血化瘀类中药注射剂的病历中随机抽取500份，对用药适应症、溶媒选择、剂量、疗程、配伍禁忌及联合用药方面的不合理应用情况进行调查，分析原因并提出改进措施。结果：本调查中共涉及应用活血化瘀类中药注射剂10个品种，其中以醒脑静注射液应用人次最多（30.6%），其次是注射用血塞通（25%），应用率明显高于其他种类（P＜0.05）。不合理用药占20.2%，表现为适应症不符、溶媒选择不合理、超剂量、超疗程及联合用药不合理。结论：我院住院部活血化瘀类中药注射剂应用广泛，但存在适应症、溶媒选择、剂量、疗程、联合用药方面不合理情况，应针对不合理用药原因采取改进措施，以提高药效，减少不良反应，确保患者用药安全。Objective：To investigate the unreasonable injections of promoting blood circulations class traditional Chinese medicine in inpatient department of our hospital. Methods：500 medical records were randomly selected from January to December 2014 in six sections of our hospital inpatient using promoting blood circulation category of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Investigations and analysis were also made on drug indications, solvent selection, dose,duration,incompatibility and combination therapy. At last, through analyzing the causes, some improvements were prompted. Results：The survey involved the use of 10 classed CCP blood circulation category of traditional Chinese medicine injections of which a maximum attendance of Xingnaojing injection （30.6%）,followed by injection Xuesatong （25%）,the utilization rate was significantly higher than other types （P〈0.05）.The proportion of irrational drug use accounted for 20.2%which showed indications did not match, solvent choice was unreasonable, over dosage and combination treatments were unreasonable. Conclusion：Blood circulation class of traditional Chinese medicine injections are widely used in the inpatient department.However,there are unreasonable applications in indications, solvent selection,dosage,treatment and combination therapy. Improved solutions should be taken to improve drug effects, reduce adverse reactions and ensure patient medication safety.
