摘　　要：目的：探讨胃大部切除术后吻合口溃疡的诊治方法及发病原因。方法对我院2012年3月～2013年10月收治的胃大部切除术后吻合口溃疡患者14例资料进行分析。结果保守治疗2～3个月后行手术治疗，所有患者均治愈。结论术前完善必要的检查，检测胃酸排出量，明确溃疡部位，选择恰当的术式及术中处理得当，对预防吻合口溃疡至关重要。Objective To study the cause and the treatment methods on the disease of subtotal gastrectomy ulcer. Methods 14 patients were chosen with subtotal gastrectomy ulcer from March 2012 to October 2013. Results The patients adopted 2 ~ 3 months in conservative treatment before surgery. Al the patients were cured. Conclusion To complete the necessary inspection,to detect the gastric acid output and clear the ulcer site,to choose the proper operation and intraoperative treatment,it is very important to prevent anastomotic ulcer.
