霉菌性阴道炎患者的临床治疗探析

摘　　要：目的：对霉菌性阴道炎患者的临床治疗效果进行分析总结。方法将我院于2012年12月～2014年6月收治的霉菌性阴道炎患者100例随机分为两组，对照组50例患者采用克霉唑栓治疗，治疗组50例患者采用克霉唑栓和伊曲康唑胶囊联合治疗，对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况以及复发率。结果对治疗效果进行比较分析，对照组和治疗组的不良反应发生率分别为16%和6%，复发率分别为14%和4%，总有效率分别为82%和94%，两组结果对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用克霉唑栓和伊曲康唑胶囊联合治疗的治疗效果显著，并且不良发应情况较少，复发率低。Objective To analyze and summarize of the clinical treatment efficacy of patients with mycotic vaginitis. Methods Chose 100 cases of mycotic vaginitis patients who were treated in our hospital from December 2012 to June 2014,separated them into control group and study group at random,50 cases in control group were given Clotrimazole suppository treatment,while other 50 cases in study group were given combined treatment of Clotrimazole suppository and Itraconazole capsule,and then observed and compared the treatment efficacies as well as side-effect incidences of the two groups. Results The side-effect incidence in control group and study group were 16% and 6% respectively,the relapse incidences of two groups were 14% and 4%,and treatment efficiencies of two groups were 82% and 94%. There was a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is more remarkable,less adverse reaction conditions and lower recurrence rate,so the combined treatment effect of Clotrimazole suppository and Itraconazole capsule is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied in treatment of mycotic vaginitis.
