摘　　要：目的报道1例手术治疗临床罕见痛风石致腰椎管狭窄症病例。方法选取1例临床罕见痛风石致腰椎管狭窄症患者,经我院保守治疗无效后采取手术治疗,术中行病理检查,总结手术疗效和病理结果。结果患者经保守治疗无效后行腰椎半椎板减压、椎管内痛风石及椎间盘切除、椎间植骨内固定治疗后,症状缓解,术后病理结果证实为痛风石。腰椎JOA评分由术前2分改善到24分,治疗效果肯定,患者满意。结论我院成功手术治疗1例临床罕见痛风石致腰椎管狭窄症病例,术后恢复良好。Objective To report of a surgery on a rare clinical case of lumbar spinal stenosis caused by tophi. Methods Selected a rare clinical case of lumbar spinal stenosis caused by tophi,surgery after invalid conservative treatment in our hospital,pathologic examination in the operation,concluded surgical curative effect and pathological results. Results The symptoms were relieved,with lumbar vertebral lamina decompression,tophus intra - spinal canal,intervertebral disc excision and intervertebral bone graft fixation after conservative treatment invalid,and the stone was proofed for gout with postoperative pathological. The patient was satisfied with the curative effect,whose lumbar JOA score was improved from preoperative 2 to 24 points. Conclusion The surgery on a rare clinical case of lumbar spinal stenosis caused by tophi is successful,and after the surgery the patient recovere well.
