摘　　要：目的：本文就细致化护理在提升妊娠高血压产妇产前分娩自我效能中的效果进行了浅显的研究和探讨。方法选择我院自2012年1月～2013年1月期间接诊的44例妊娠高血压产妇，随机分成实验组和对照组，对两组患者治疗效果，以及焦虑、抑郁评分和生活质量变化情况进行观察和统计。结果实验组护理满意度高于对照组患者（P〈0.05）；实验组患者护理后生活质量高于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论细致化护理在提升妊娠高血压疾病产妇产前分娩自我效能中的效果显著，改善了患者的临床症状和生活质量。Objective This paper shal ow researches and discusses the effect of self-efficacy on detailed care in ascension pregnancy-induced hypertension disease antenatal delivery. Methods 44 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension women treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013, were divided into experimental group and control group, therapeutic effect in two groups, as wel as changes in anxiety, depression score and quality of life for observation and statistics. Results The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Quality of life was significantly higher than the control group after Nursing（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of self-efficacy on detailed care in ascension pregnancy-induced hypertension disease antenatal delivery is remarkable, and improve the patient＆#39;s clinical symptoms and quality of life effectively.
